Welcome to Quik Home Appliance Service. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our repair services. By accessing this website and booking a service, you accept these terms in full.
1. Independent Provider Disclosure
Quik Home Appliance Service is an independent, third-party service center. We are not an “Authorized Service Center” for any specific brand. Any use of brand names (e.g., LG, Samsung, Whirlpool) is solely to describe the repair expertise we offer and does not imply affiliation or endorsement by the brand owners.
2. 90-Day Service Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs and parts replaced by our technicians.
This warranty covers the specific fault repaired during the initial service.
Exclusions: The warranty is void if the appliance is serviced by a third party, subjected to power fluctuations, or physically damaged after our technician departs.
3. 7-Day Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the repair:
You must notify us within 7 days of the service completion.
Refunds apply to the labor/service charges.
Note: The initial visiting/inspection fee is non-refundable as it covers the technician’s travel and diagnostic time.
4. Digital Content & AI Images
This website utilizes AI-generated images for aesthetic and illustrative purposes. These images represent the categories of services we provide (AC, Fridge, Washing Machine) and do not represent actual staff, branded products, or specific repair outcomes.
5. Service Area
Doorstep service is provided exclusively in: Madurai City, Melur, Devakottai, Karaikudi, Sivaganga Town, Usilampatti, and Thiruppuvanam.
